A Room Made for
Family Conversations

You and your family members have the lounge room for two hours. Refreshments are set up on arrival. A steward is in an adjacent office should you need anything — they will not enter unless called. There is no set agenda and no facilitator in the room unless you specifically request one at the time of booking.

The course suits adults who want to practise structured listening, paraphrasing, and constructive disagreement in a learning environment. It is educational in nature and does not address legal disputes, psychological conditions, or specific family conflicts. Participants should be comfortable attending in a group setting.

The assistant visits once a month for six months. They update your shared records folder — adding new documents, removing outdated ones, and re-sorting as needed. At the end of each visit they print a fresh index of the folder's contents. The assistant does not read or interpret the documents; their role is purely organisational.

We suggest contacting us at least three working days ahead to confirm availability. For weekend bookings or group sizes above six, a week's notice helps us prepare the room and refreshments properly. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible — please call or message to check.

Quiet Conversation Hours (฿3,600) is a flat rate for the room and covers up to eight people per two-hour session. The Communication Skills Course (฿4,800) is per individual participant for all four sessions. The Family Records Companion (฿17,400) covers the full six-month package of monthly visits to one household.

Booking details are held only as long as needed to arrange your session. For the Records Companion, the assistant works with documents you supply; no copies are retained by Kinwell after the visit. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
